Now with the development of weibo,blog,zhihu.com.Users strive to be the first to show their talents,and think nothing of that this kind of share had done damage to their own benefit and intellectual property.
Rencently Tencent has release its new product-QQ circle.On one hand,many users like this product and say it help them find their old friend.On the other hand,many people say this product expose their privacy and boycott it.
Whether this product damaged users'privacy or not？let's think about these questions:
Is your name privacy? Is your nickname in your circle privacy?
Would you like to appear in the circle computed out by computer?
QQ circle reflect the horrible technology of Tencent.What they will do is to let the users choose,whether make your privacy public.
even though,you have the right to choose.But you still be fear of this kind of technology.Hacking of QQ number is normal today.If somebody get your password,your information of QQ circle is very easy to get,for many people ,exporsure of this information is deadly.

To protect privacy against malicious attacks in social network, there are lots of things to do and a large number of flaws to be fixed. Not only Tencent, but also other operator companies of social network need to pay more attention to user privacy protection.

删除Tencent is really good at utilizing their existing resource and combine those resource with their Shanzhai spirit.All they care about is making money.I don't think they put users' privacy in their consideration as long as it can bring benefit to their business.So right now i'm very cautious when using any QQ product.

回复删除this is what i say the complexity of the product of Tencent.the number of products is too large so some products are not compatible very well.Bugs are very easy to found.
删除I have only one experience on using QQ. But I delete it very soon. My anti-virus showed me there are virus after installing QQ.I don;t know whether QQ is still seen as a virus
回复删除It is an horrible experience. Until now, I donot use QQ and most of the communication tool from mainland China which need instillation.
As the expansion of the concept of network in web2.0, the security problem is much more complicated. Social network companies have to take more spirit to make balance between user experience and protect privacy. But they are obviously choose improve user experience first only if no one to complaint. I think this is not a healthy style. Social network platform should take more consideration about the security.
回复删除Well, I appreciate the concept of QQ circle. However, I won't try it for the same reason as you. Tencent has made the user stickiness so strong that if one day the company no longer exist, it must be a disaster for those who use too much services provided by QQ.

删除Thanks for introducing QQ circle as I had never used QQ. You mention QQ circle has a privacy issue. I agree that QQ should allow users to choose which information can be posted to the public. QQ should not expose user information without user notification.
